古丽米拉·阿不来提，女，维吾尔族，1968年11月出生，教授、硕士生导师。现任外国语学院大学英语教学部主任、教育硕士学位点负责人。1989年毕业于新疆师范大学，获学士学位；2008年毕业于获硕士学位；2016年晋升为新疆师范大学教授。先后主持、参加了国家及省部级科研项目10余项，发表学术论文20余篇，主编、参编教材三部。先后荣获全国教育硕士“优秀教师”，新疆师范大学“教学名师”、“优秀教师”、“四好教师”等称号，多次荣获校级教学成果奖、多次进入新疆师范大学教学、科研特聘岗位、新疆师范大学“优秀共产党员”等。
