教学目的要求
This course will focus on the concept, construction, and application of DNA nanobiotechnology, and particularly the impact of DNA nanobiotechnology on the diagnosis and drug delivery. Topics include of the basics of DNA nanobiotechnology, molecular diagnosis, and therapeutic applications. Through this course, you will understand how to apply DNA nanobiotechnology to diagnostic testing and pharmaceutical research. Prerequisites: Some background in biology or chemistry will be helpful.

课程教师信息
Jian Zhao is an associate professor of DNA nanotechnology at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST). He received his PhD from the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2016. His research interests focus on the development of biosensors for activatable molecular imaging. He has published more than 30 papers in high ranked journals, including Nat.Biomed. Eng., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Sci. Adv. ; Mengyuan Li is a professor in the University of Science and Technology Beijing. She received her Ph.D. degree from Peking University (under the supervision of Prof. Song Gao and Prof. Zheming Wang) and then worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at University of Notre Dame (with Prof. Slavi C. Sevov) and Harvard Medical School (with Prof. Daniel S. Kohane and Prof. Robert Langer). Her research interests focus on protein recognition regulation, analysis and biosensors.
